Need a teammate to help manage your campaigns? Or want to share campaign results with your label, management team, or venue?
Well now you can do just that right in your b00st.com app.
Organizations
Organizations are a new feature that allows you to create and manage teams of people who can work together on campaigns. You can invite anyone with an email - they'll receive an invitation to join and create an account, if necessary.
Once they accept the invitation, they will be able to see and launch campaigns that you have shared with the organization.
You can also create multiple organizations, so you can have one for your management team, one for your label, one for the local venue and one for your spouse's side hustle.
How it works
Every account starts with your personal organization. This is the default organization that you will be a part of when you create your account. For users who don't create any organizations, nothing will change.
However, if you create an organization, you can now switch between it and your personal account + other organizations. This lets you separate your work seamlessly. The app handles all of it behind the scenes — no extra setup required.
Get up and running
Once you log in, you'll see a new "Organizations" tab after you click your user profile in the top right corner. Here you can create a new organization or switch to one you've already created.
Once you switch to an organization you'll see a small tab beneath your profile. Click this to manage your organization.
Sending invitations
After you create the organization, you can select it.
To send an invitation, click the name of the organization in the tab under your profile then click the "invite" button.
This will open a dialog where you can enter the email address of the person you want to invite. They'll automatically be added as a member but you can also select an admin role for them, so that they can invite and manage other members.
Accepting invitations
When you send an invitation, the person will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Once they click the link, they will be taken to a page where they can create an account or log in if they already have one.
Once they log in, they'll see the organization in their profile and can switch to it.
Convenient changes
We're always iterating to make the b00st.com app better for you. This one has been long-requested and we think you'll love it.
